Flu Shots
ARE NOW AVAILABLE for everyone. We also have High-Dose Flu for our patients over 65 years. Please contact the office to make your appointment.
Unfortunately we have had to restrict the addition of new patients at this time to immediate relatives of existing patients, living in the same household.
SHINGRIX VACCINES

For our patients over 60 years old we can offer the newest immunization to help prevent Shingles. Please check your insurance company for coverage.

Please make certain you bring your insurance card, photo ID, and copay with you for each visit.
Payment of copays and outstanding balances are expected at the time of visit.
Patients should always have a list of their current medications and the names of all physicians whose care they are under.

WE ARE DOING STREP TESTS AND FLU TESTS IN THE PARKING LOT.
CALL THE FRONT DESK TO ANNOUNCE YOUR ARRIVAL AND THEN WAIT IN YOUR CAR. ANY FORMS WILL BE BROUGHT OUT TO YOU. THE WAITING ROOM IS NOT IN USE AT THIS TIME.
MASKS MUST BE WORN COMPLETELY COVERING YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH AT ALL TIMES.
